Chris Brown music

Chris Brown has dropped a video for his version of “Niggas in Paris”. The video features T-Pain and it sounds pretty good. Check it out below.

I wonder what Jay Z and Kanye think about this.

Kanye West and Jay Z- “No Church in the Wild”

No Church in the Wild

Every so often, a video gets released and it makes you think. The unofficial video for The Throne’s (Kanye and Jay Z) single “No Church in the Wild” featuring Frank Ocean is one of those video. In the video, the course of American history has been altered and African Americans are cast in the roles of the slaveowners and Caucasian Americans are the slaves. In what is sure to be a very controversial video, black slaveowners pursue a runaway white slave deep into the woods and it really makes you think about how things would have been different if the roles were reversed. Big props to High5Collective for the video.

Last night at the 2011 MTV VMAs, the plan was for YMCMB star Lil Wayne to be the attention getter…the big headliner. Obviously, the other Carter crew didn’t get that memo. Jay- Z and Kanye West made an unannounced performance, and then later in the evening, Beyonce revealed that she was pregnant. Meanwhile, no one was even talking about the midnight release of Weezy’s new album, The Carter IV. I guess this was Hova’s response to that diss track, huh? Click the comic to image.
