Will D-Will take his Talents to Europe?

If there is indeed an interruption in the 2011-12 NBA regular season, at least one All-Star plans to be playing overseas. According to sources, New Jersey Nets All-Star Point Guard Deron Williams will play for Turkish club Besiktas, the same club that Allen Iverson briefly played for. The sources also say that Williams’ deal would have an immediate out clause that would allow him to return to the NBA once the work stoppage ends. Click the image to enlarge.

Will any other big names follow D-Will overseas if the NBA lockout extends into the fall?

There is also a new pro league in Canada that is opening its arms to stars like Dirk Nowitzki and LeBron James in the event that there is an extended work stoppage. With new reports that the NBA is willing to lose an entire season, do you think more big name players will go overseas to play?
