Charlie Sheen’s Lawsuit Will Not Go to Trial
Charlie Sheen‘s $100 Million lawsuit against Warner Bros. Television and Two and a Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre will go to arbition, instead of trial. Sheen’s attorney had pushed for a public trial, but his Two and a Half Men contract contained a clause that stated that any lawsuits be handled through arbitration. According to the LA Superior Court Judge Alan Goodman’s ruling, the arbitrator will decide whether the case is handled publicly or privately. Sheen filed the lawsuit ten days after he was fired from the hit CBS sitcom. Click the image to enlarge.
